Dynamic Yoga Flow

Flowing, lively, creative postures and breath work

This once a week class is taught in room temperature; however you are likely to get hot due to the movement in the flow. The classes are great for improving your fitness and all-round health through building strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, agility, anaerobic fitness and (when ellie goes a little mad) aerobic fitness also. The classes are suitable for all.

The Dynamic Yoga Flow class is designed to improve wellbeing of students; by encouraging full range of movement in the body working with the body’s own intelligence; by energising and releasing pent up energy; by building a complete package of fitness; by connecting to the breath and to being; and by not taking ourselves too seriously. The class is always themed bringing a creative element to the practice, so that there is something new every week. Join us on Facebook to keep posted!

This class is a faster dynamic flow class, including variations on sun salutations, yin and yang postures, influences from Nature and pranayama. It is taught from the perspective that you are your own best teacher, and the class helps you to learn to move into the postures and the flow through your own awareness.
