This class is an athletic all round approach to fitness blending Ashtanga yoga, body weight calisthenics and handstands, you will become very strong, toned, aerobically fit and flexible. “Exercising the way nature intended you to do, by using the weight of your own body as its own gymnasium. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities as you are encouraged to work within your own limits with modifications and physical adjustments given where needed. However, this is a high intensity class so experience is beneficial.

Yoga infusion is a modern invigorating approach to the practice of yoga, bringing a fresh perspective for western yoga students, who like to train hard but with a sense of fun about what they are doing. Aaron has 20yrs experience teaching yoga and is a real inspiration for aspiring yogis.
