Workshops & Retreats
Yogafever offers regular yoga workshops on weekends at the studio in the city centre of Cardiff. These workshops are run by both yogafever teachers and recognised yoga teachers from near and far. The space is also hired, and hireable, to external individuals for other workshops. The sessions cover a range of yoga styles, themes and concepts. There is something for everyone.

Sat 3rd March – ‘Posture Clinic’ 1-4pm with Cath
Would you like more information on the postures (asanas) used in class? Are there some postures that elude you whilst there are others you love? It could be that you need a modified pose because of injury or body shape or maybe you need help with breathing in the poses. Or maybe you would just like to have a chance to ask questions that cannot be asked in a class environment.
The Posture Clinics are very popular and are a great chance to break the postures down in an informal workshop environment and to ask specific questions relating to your practice. The clinic will leave you feeling much more confident about how to approach and modify postures and develop your practice beyond a standard class environment. Some experience of yoga beneficial but not essential.

Sun 11th Mar – ‘Yoga for Cyclists’ 10am-12pm with Jo
Cycling is a great way to keep fit – whether you are a casual cyclist about town or take a more committed approach to your cycling. However, cycling can cause havoc with your posture and bad bags, tight hip flexors and poor core strength can often be a result of an imbalanced training programme.
As a cyclist, yoga teacher and massage therapist, Jo is well qualified to bring you a workshop to help you address the imbalances caused by repetitive cycling and to help build strength and flexibility to aid you on your bike. Come along and give it a go. It might change how you cycle forever!
