Studio
yogafever’s Studio is located in the heart of Cardiff City Centre: 39 Windsor Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BW. It is purpose re-fitted for Yoga; both for hot and room temperature practices.
The ethic behind the design, layout and materials used in the studio is to be as harmonious and healthy for you and the environment as possible; combining natural products, and simple effects to provide a safe, supportive environment for you to develop your practice and deepen your journey.
The Studio: Fully fitted out for yoga with plenty of space for 30 students without cramming! We have mats, blocks and belts to cater for this limit. The studio is home to a number of tropical plants to share your practice with**. Safe mobile phone and wallet storage is available. We ask that all phones are turned off for class.
Reception: There is an area for you to register, pay and chill out in prior / after class, leave your shoes and peruse some of our yoga-stock. You can hire towels here and pay for any additional products here.
Changing: There are dry -male and female changing areas in the main studio area with mirrors and space for you to leave your belongings.
Showering: There are wet- facilities in the toilet area of the building along with mirrors and hair drying facilities, allowing you to head straight to work / town after.
The Plants**: The studio is home to a number of plant-form teachers who quietly watch over you, as well as help us to keep the studio clean and free from smells, air pollution, and negativity. We thank you Sweaty Betty and Bob! All plants are rescue-plants from a well known retail outlet – please help us to give them a better life!
